Energy Alchemy Sessions
During Energy Alchemy Sessions, I offer a sacred space to step out of the ordinary and into a place of creation. We work together at many levels to release areas of stuck and heavy energy that are no longer serving you physically or spiritually. Then we bring in new nourishing energy and gifts you have already been growing to a deeper level.

Energy Alchemy Session Series
Why I recommend a series of sessions.
While an individual Energy Alchemy Session offers potent benefits and will support you in clearing old, heavy energy, I often recommend a series of sessions for anyone who is wanting to address chronic issues or particularly persistent patterns. Working together across multiple sessions allows us to take a layered approach to exploring and supporting your energetic experience and creates more space for instruction on specific tools that you can use to rebalance your energy as needed going forward.
3 Energy Sessions: $405 ($135 each)
5 Energy Sessions: $625 ($125 each)
About Energy Alchemy
These 90-minute sessions can take place either remotely or in-person. Each session begins with an intake or touch-in, in which we will explore the issue or symptoms you would like to address, followed by about 30-40 minutes of table work and then some integration work to ensure that you are grounded and have the tools you will need to receive the continued benefits of our work together.
For the table work, you will lie down either on my energy work table if we are working in-person or in a comfortable space of your own if we are working remotely, and I will guide you through some breathing practices and narrate as needed as I clear heavy energy, all with your highest good and in a sacred container. Much like with Reiki, I do not need to use physical touch to release blockages and if we are working in-person, I will always let you know before I make any physical contact. As we complete the table work, I will gently guide you back if you have dropped into a deep restful state or have fallen asleep.
Once you are ready, we will do some integration work to bring conscious awareness to the energetic shifts you have experienced, the previously unseen gifts you have unearthed, and any animal messengers or guides that may show up to support you on your journey. My goal is to have you end each session with new insight, knowledge, and power to help you on your path.
I typically recommend no more than one Energy Alchemy Session in a month as the work we do together in these sessions is deep and you will likely continue to integrate and experience continued shifts that will inform your being physically, emotionally, and spiritually in the days and weeks following a session.
If you find that you would like some additional support following our work together, you may book an Integration Session that can be scheduled for 1-2 weeks after an energy session OR after a series of energy sessions is complete.
